Krzysztof is an expert in patent law about which he lectures at the University of Warsaw. He handles patent prosecution and invalidation proceedings, and is also involved in patent litigation where he masterminds technical argumentation for clients.

He has significant experience in preparing patent specifications and managing national, European and international filings, often in cooperation with foreign counsel. His earlier R&D and pharmaceutical roles at SciencePharma and Adamed give him practical insight into medicinal product development, chemical-pharmaceutical documentation, API development and modified-release formulations.
